TP Tea in San Ramon, CA is seeking a friendly part-time barista to greet customers, take orders, prepare beverages, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop.

You will follow TP Tea standards for quality and presentation, assist the shop manager, and participate in special events. Shift options include day and evening hours; compensation is $17.50–$21.00 per hour with a flexible schedule and referral program.

Responsibilities

• Assist the shop Manager.
• Greet customers and answer questions about ingredients.
• Take orders and prepare beverages with attention to details.
• Serve beverages and baked goods.
• Receive and process payments (cash and cards).
• Maintain the bar area and stock of clean mugs/plates.
• Check equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate customer feedback to management.
