Job Description
The purpose of this role is to prepare and distribute food items, maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for meals served, and ensure facilities are sanitary.

• Retrieve food items from kitchen and storeroom to replenish serving areas, ensuring availability for staff.
• Clean utensils, equipment, and food preparation and serving areas to maintain sanitation.
• Inspect food items and work areas for proper hygiene, food temperatures, and to prevent cross-contamination.
• Prepare and produce ingredients for cold sandwiches and salads, with limited hot food preparation.
• Load carts, food warmers, trays, etc., to ensure food and beverage items are ready for transport as needed.
• Receive food and beverage orders from team members and serve items to meet nutritional and staff requests.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures to prevent injuries and maintain safety standards.
