Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly motivated Test‑Driven Multidisciplinary Capability (TDMC) Engagement Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team in adopting TDMC workflows into standard work across development programs. The role supports engineering and business leaders to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.

This position is onsite at the RTX Facility in Tewksbury, MA with potential travel to programs as needed. U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance are required Day 1.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field or related discipline.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across programs.
• Experience with budgeting, risk assessment, and program management.
• Active Secret clearance and US citizenship required Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Lead TDMC-driven adoption across development programs.
• Collaborate with TDMC co-leads from Systems, Hardware and Software.
• Implement TDMC methods across programs and track progress.
• Coordinate training, enablers, and communication across functions.
• Provide regular reporting to engineering leadership.
• Travel onsite to programs as needed.
