Job summary

Digital Consultants LLC in Sierra Vista, AZ seeks a TDL standards conformance tester to support MIL-STD/STANAG interoperability efforts and generate test artifacts for DoD customers. The selected candidate will update Master Test Procedures, develop conformance and interoperability tests, and deliver formal reports while ensuring compliance with security clearance requirements and DoW standards.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required on hire date.
• At least 1 certification in area of specialization (e.g., Sec+/SecX, Certified Scrum Master, ITIL4/ITIL5, CTEP).
• Education: Master’s degree; or Bachelor’s with at least 6 years experience; or 10 years experience.
• Experience executing TDL standards conformance tests including MIL-STDs 6011, 6016, 6020, 6022.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation.
• Familiar with DoW operations and RF/IT systems; comfortable with DoW environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review MIL-STD Interface Change Proposals (ICPs).
• Update Master Test Procedures (MTP) to include ICP changes.
• Research systems under test (SUT) data link bit level implementation and MIL-STD functional areas to test.
• Develop standards conformance test procedures using system implementations.
• Develop interoperability test procedures using the TDL MTP to evaluate information exchange requirements.
• Conduct Standards Conformance and interoperability tests and post-test analysis using industry tools.
• Write preliminary trouble reports per approved templates.
• Prepare and deliver test reports per approved templates.
