Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven Program Analyst to lead KPI collection and data analysis across districts, creating dashboards and reports that communicate progress and impact.

You will develop efficient data-collection processes, analyze qualitative and quantitative information, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Strong Excel and Office skills, plus background in community development, are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• At least one year in creative or place-based community and economic development or similar program management; three+ years preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collecting, managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to measure program outcomes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Graduate coursework or professional experience in program evaluation, data science, journalism, applied mathematics, economic development, or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with community development, place-based initiatives, creative economy, and impact measurement.
• Proficiency in a second language commonly spoken in Massachusetts Gateway Cities.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection, organization, verification, and tracking of program information and KPIs across districts.
• Develop and implement efficient processes for gathering information from Fellows, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze program data to identify trends, measure outcomes, evaluate impact, and provide insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, presentations, case studies, and resource libraries to communicate progress.
• Produce data-driven content to highlight impact.
• Improve reporting workflows and support new performance measurement tools.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen data quality across the portfolio.
• Manage contracts and oversee consultants as needed.
