St. Cloud Area School District 742 seeks a professional to support equity program administration at the middle level, helping administrators, staff, students and families navigate cultural obstacles to access honors/AP courses.

$22.50 - $28.50/hr depending on education and experience
Under the general direction of the Supervisor of Equity Programs and Director of Elementary Education, this position promotes School District 742's mission and core values by assisting administrators, staff, students and families in navigating and resolving cultural obstacles to student access to honors/AP courses at the middle level.
Effectively communicates with families, students, and school staff. Assists students and families in accessing TDAS and honors/AP programs and services. Works as a team member with all school staff to improve students' academic performance, achievement, attendance and/or behaviors. Assists Administrators in the resolution of school issues relating to cultural differences or perspectives between school culture and home culture, supporting connection to families to resources in the school and in the community.
