Program Description We are considering candidates interested in joining the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Credit team based in New York, NY as part of TD Securities' 2027 Full-Time Analyst Program. The Analyst Training Program, which begins in early July, provides a five-week introduction and orientation to the firm and its capabilities. The curriculum includes coursework in accounting, communication skills, debt and equity capital markets, Excel, financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.
TD Securities is one of the most active North American dealers in Debt and Equity products. CIB Credit is our team of in-house credit assessment professionals. Our credit team is involved in the lending business and responsible for the structuring, analysis, risk assessment and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
Earn a Bachelor's Degree no later than June 2026 Authorized to work in the U.S No prior experience in finance is required, but a keen interest in corporate lending is requested Results driven, proven academic excellence and strong interpersonal skills. High ethical and professional standards Strong financial/analytical skills, knowledge of MS Excel preferred Proactive and highly motivated Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently Demonstrated leadership (i.e., sports, clubs, extracurricular activities, and philanthropy, etc.)
