Job Description

The ACE Business Analyst III is a highly motivated, self-driven professional who partners with business and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve processes, customer experience, and business outcomes. This role demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to understand complex challenges, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate is a proactive problem solver who takes ownership, works independently, and collaborates effectively across teams to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions. They possess strong analytical, communication, and critical-thinking skills, enabling them to influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Depth & Scope
  • Works independently but receives assistance/coaching from more senior levels
  • Coaches other team members, as appropriate, within area of expertise
  • Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners including the retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services and North American business partners such as TD Wealth Management, TD Ameritrade and TD Insurance
  • Helps senior management by giving insightful and pro-active reporting and analysis and various corporate and business line initiatives
  • Works with line of business team members/ resource
  • Resolves issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments, outside contacts as necessary
  • Works cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
  • Adds financial value to company by analyzing company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results of the company
Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below 3+ Years of related experience
