Our team works at the intersection of process technology, automation, and data, helping shape how next‑generation memory devices are built worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Identify overlay, CD uniformity, and patterning challenges and define automation or data science solutions
  • Execute and support automation projects in partnership with process development teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve photo automation systems
  • Define hardware and software requirements for lithography automation solutions
  • Document and standardize automation methods across technologies and global sites
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Physics, or a lithography-related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or MS/PhD plus 2 years of experience
  • Hands‑on experience in photolithography, metrology, overlay, CDs, or photo patterning
  • Familiarity with fab operations and photo automation systems
  • Strong analytical skills, including statistics and data analysis
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in R&D or high‑volume manufacturing environments
  • Proficiency with DOE, data modeling, or advanced statistical techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver production‑ready automation solutions
  • Experience leading or contributing to cross‑functional technical projects
  • Strong working relationships with equipment or software vendors
