Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the lifespan, applying nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will coordinate with assigned staff to ensure quality outcomes and uphold professional accountability.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure in Georgia, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Georgia; multistate license preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred.
• Specialty certifications may be required (ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NICU NRP).
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care across the lifespan.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Adhere to organizational policies and demonstrate professional accountability.

Education
