Job summary

Rare Candy is hiring a Social Media & Community Associate as a part-time internship. Location is Dallas preferred, with optional Remote US. Compensation is $15-$20 per hour for about 20 hours per week, with room to grow.

The role involves posting content, writing captions, and managing comments, DMs, Discord, and Reddit. You’ll work with in-house creators and report to the Director of Growth for a hands-on, early-career path.

Qualifications

• Experience with social media platforms and creating engaging captions.
• Ability to manage comments, DMs, and community discussions in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of the TCG space and online communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post consistently on TikTok and Instagram, and on YouTube Shorts as we scale.
• Write captions, hooks, and replies in a voice consistent with Rare Candy.
• Engage with comments, DMs, Discord, Reddit and other community channels.
