Job Summary

The Host is responsible for data entry of Players Club members, assisting guests with applications, explaining benefits, and supporting promotional activities, including setting up accounts, issuing comps, and prize redemption.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet guests and inform them of Player’s Club benefits
• Manage booth operations, data entry, and printing player cards
• Maintain inventory and stock of promotional materials
• Answer phones, assist with guest comments, and manage drawings and prize logs
• Assist with promotional events and in promotional theme nights
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of workspace and equipment
• Make announcements and support guest interactions
• Other duties as assigned

• Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize
• Adaptable and flexible to changing environments
• Proficient in PC use, Microsoft Office, and basic typing skills

Qualifications

Physical and Working Conditions

• May lift up to 45 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods
