Job summary

Tulalip Resort Casino is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to oversee all marketing communications, collateral, and media efforts. You will support campaigns, track performance, and report results to ensure accuracy and impact across channels.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with both traditional and digital advertising. Flexibility to work across multiple casino sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Four years of experience in marketing, agency or design environment may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience with online marketing and digital advertising is preferred.

Job description

Manages and implements all marketing related communications, print/media, and collateral management. Supports all department media campaigns by tracking, reporting, and recording results of marketing initiatives. Provides detailed precision in all media.

Pay Range: $38.49 - $43.31 per hour

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree from an accredited college preferred. Four years of experience in a marketing, agency or and/or designenvironment may be considered in lieu of degree.

SKILLS:

• Must display high level accuracy and attention to detail taking direction from campaign briefs. (Test required)
• Excellent math and analytical skills. (Test required)

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of four (4) years management experience working in a marketing and design environment.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience with online marketing, advertising, and communications with an emphasis on digital marketing.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience directly working with a media buyer on the process and placement of media across traditional and digital channels.
• Working knowledge of both traditional and digital advertising including how to plan, execute and evaluate performance across eachchannel preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Keen understanding of relevant cultural and advertising trends.
• Must be flexible to work at all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
• Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must have a Successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
