Design and development of ServiceNow solutions accordingly to requirements specified by Process Consultants, while working with peers and more Senior Consultants for guidance as required.

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for the design and development of ServiceNow solutions accordingly to requirements specified by Process Consultants, while working with peers and more Senior Consultants for guidance as required.
  • Deliver high-quality ServiceNow code and customization with appropriate documentation and testing.
  • Implement according to business/process requirements, based on good design principles, with an evaluation of potential issues and possible solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to coding and design standards.
  • Increase application operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements, as necessary.
  • Utilize all sources of information and collaborate with your peers to find the best solution for the customer.
  • Within three months from date of hire, the following must be acquired:
    • ONE (1) CSA or CAD
    • FIVE (5) Micro Certifications
    • ONE (3) Sales/Pre Sales Certifications
