Job Description

Assist Process Technicians with setups, changeovers, autonomous maintenance, and machine tuning. Operate machines as required to meet KPIs.

Diagnose and repair handling issues with hard metals and basic welding problems.

Assist technicians with setups and changeovers.

Train new operators and assist current operators as needed.

Change electrodes and grinding wheels.

Qualifications

Mechanical skills, attention to detail, and quality focus.

Blueprint reading and precision measuring skills.

Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures.

Understanding of HMIs.

Familiarity with CNC programs and offsets.

Ability to apply theories, concepts, principles, and techniques to varied and somewhat difficult tasks, exercising judgment within established practices.

Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and the ability to resolve complex issues, with extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Operates with substantial latitude for reviewed actions or decisions. Provides guidance to others.
