Responsibilities

• Implement Minds Matter LLC philosophical principles in daily practice.
• Assist individuals to identify needs; develop compensatory strategies for brain injury.
• Integrate employment, education and independent living goals into therapy.
• Collaborate with consumer and team to determine goal attainment.
• Educate families about brain injury and progress with goals.
• Document sessions the day of service clearly and concisely.
• Attend weekly conference calls and webinars with licensed supervisors.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professional rapport with clients.
• Provide care and maintenance for Minds Matter issued iPad.
