Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead at the Little Rock Cantrell Rd location. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running smooth shifts, ensuring team members complete duties and maintaining Taco Bell standards for safe, quality food and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include handling customer complaints with a smile, giving feedback in a constructive manner, and upholding cash, security, inventory and labor policies in daily operations at the Little Rock店.
