Soraban, building AI tax workflow automation software for modern accounting firms, seeks a Solutions Engineer with deep tax practice experience. You will map firm workflows to Soraban, run live demos, and handle technical and tax Q&A from first call through pilot and onboarding.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on tax software experience and a proven ability to translate complex processes into streamlined automation for mid-market and large firms. This role interfaces with Sales and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in tax preparation within mid-market or large firms.
• Understanding of the full tax filing lifecycle: onboarding, prep, review, delivery, filing.
• Ability to explain workflow to partners and owners.

Responsibilities

• Join account executives on calls to map current firm workflows to Soraban.
• Lead live product demos using realistic scenarios from your experience.
• Own Q&A on tax and AI prep on sales calls.
• Design pilots mirroring real work and define success criteria.
• Document workflows and provide structured feedback to the product team.
