Job summary

Northpointe Staffing Professionals is seeking an Analyst in Tax Operations to support the firm’s global withholding compliance across US regulations, including Backup Withholding, Chapter 3, and Chapter 4.

You will perform daily reconciliations, assist in regulatory filings, review client inquiries, and collaborate with Investment Professionals, Client Service reps, and regulators to ensure accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliations of withholding tax data.
• Support US and State withholding tax payments and regulatory filings.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of regulatory tax filings.
• Review client withholding tax inquiries with accurate analysis.
• Provide tax-related operational support to Investment Professionals, Client Service reps, and clients.
• Review inquiries from Tax Authorities and Regulators.
• Resolve breaks and exceptions in withholding processes.
