RNInk seeks an Associate Attorney for the Tax, Trusts & Estates Practice Group in Hackensack, NJ, offering a hybrid schedule. The role targets a high-caliber lawyer with 3+ years in tax, trusts, and estates, plus an ABA JD and bar admission in good standing. LL.M.

in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred. Responsibilities include advising on estate and tax planning, drafting wills and trusts, probate and administration, and coordinating with advisors to execute planning strategies.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive experience in tax, trusts, and estates matters.
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning strongly preferred.
• Experience counseling clients on estate planning, trust and estate administration, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills with proficiency in preparing complex wills and trusts.

Responsibilities

Our client, a national AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join its Tax, Trusts & Estates Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses on sophisticated estate planning, tax strategy, and trust administration matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Candidate Profile

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
• 3+ years of substantive experience in tax, trusts, and estates matters
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $230,000–$400,000, as determined by experience and market factors
