Tax Technology Manager / Senior / Director

Experience: Tax tech consultants, implementation leads, senior managers, transformation leads, and directors leading global tax innovation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in tax transformation, process reengineering, or tax technology enablement within accounting, corporate tax, or consulting.
• Hands-on with ERP, tax engines, and reporting platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Vertex, ONESOURCE, Alteryx, Power BI, Anaplan, Tableau).
• Understanding of indirect and direct tax compliance workflows, global reporting, and data governance.
• Proven success in end-to-end tax automation initiatives.
• Experience with tax data architecture, integration, and master data strategies.
• Knowledge of Pillar Two, e-invoicing mandates, or other digital transformations is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate between tax technical teams and IT/stakeholders.
• Background in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering is helpful but not required.
• Relevant qualifications (CPA, EA, MST, LL.M., CISA, PMP) are highly valued.
• Experience managing teams, workstreams, or leading change management is advantageous.
