Job summary

Ipolarity LLC seeks an experienced SAP Consultant to support OneSource Tax Provision and Tax Tools, collaborating with Tax, Finance, IT, and project teams to deliver critical tax technology initiatives.

The role requires hands-on experience with OneSource Tax Provision or Thomson Reuters tax solutions, strong JIRA and documentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment with remote or onsite flexibility.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience supporting enterprise tax, finance, or compliance applications.
• Hands-on experience with OneSource Tax Provision, Thomson Reuters tax solutions, or comparable direct tax technology platforms.
• Strong experience with JIRA, issue management, and project coordination.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience managing defects, issue resolution, and production support activities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support OneSource Tax Provision and related tax technology initiatives, enhancements, and operational activities.
• Partner with Tax, Finance, IT, and project stakeholders to understand business requirements and support project delivery.
• Document business requirements, process flows, user stories, test cases, and operational procedures.
• Utilize JIRA to manage project tasks, defects, issue tracking, testing activities, and follow‑up actions.
• Support testing efforts including system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and validation activities.
• Coordinate issue resolution by working with business users, developers, and support teams.
• Assist with application configuration, deployment support, and post‑production stabilization activities.
• Track, monitor, and report on project deliverables, testing progress, and outstanding issues.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with audit and compliance requirements.
• Support production incidents and provide timely issue analysis and resolution.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements across tax technology platforms and business processes.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
