Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in tax preparation.
• CPA or EA license or eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns; prepare highly complex returns as needed.
• Foster and develop client relationships, addressing tax issues and coordinating related entity filings.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Meet annual billable hour and other targets to fulfill individual performance and overall firm productivity.
