Job summary

Deloitte Tax LLP seeks a Manager in our Tax Transformation Consulting (TTC) - Tax Systems group to manage day-to-day tax technology projects, implement tax systems, automate direct tax processes, and train clients.

Role involves leading engagements, driving innovative solutions, and mentoring staff while collaborating across Deloitte's global network to enhance tax functions for corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Hybrid work model with 2-3 days in person.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, technology, finance, business or related field.
• 5+ years' experience implementing tax systems such as Corptax, Longview Tax, ONESOURCE, and TRCS.
• Experience leading client engagements and teams; ability to develop business.
• Eligible accreditations: CPA, Enrolled Agent, or other listed certifications.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: Lead and oversee direct tax systems engagements, manage economics, risk, and quality.
• Solutions: Identify, design, and implement technology solutions for tax needs.
• Cross Functional Teaming: Build relationships across service lines to serve clients.
• People Development: Coach, mentor, and assist staffing and junior staff development.
• Business Development: Support pursuit teams and expand client relationships.
