Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Tax Support Associate to help customers confidently use TurboTax and related financial products. You will answer tax questions, guide users through filing steps, and troubleshoot software issues via phone, chat, or email.

You will use Intuit’s knowledge bases to research solutions, document interactions, escalate complex cases, stay current on tax changes, and share customer insights with product teams to improve future experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers with tax or financial products.
• Ability to research solutions using knowledge bases and internal tools.
• Comfort communicating complex tax information clearly via phone, chat, or email.
