Responsibilities

• Deliver tax support services for individual and business returns via calls and the Liberty Tax ticketing system.
• Research tax laws, regulations, and rulings to provide accurate guidance.
• Tax preparation and returns reviews as needed.
• Adhere to internal policies and document customer issues and resolutions.
• Escalate high-impact issues to supervisors for swift action.
• Occasional nights and weekends as scheduled.
• Collaborate in department projects and team meetings.
