Qualifications

• Prepare and review trust and individual income tax returns.
• Research and resolve tax issues relating to Federal pass-through entities including partnerships, S-Corporations and LLCs.
• Identify, research and articulate tax planning and compliance issues, opportunities and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Coordinate federal, state, and city tax audits and disputes.
• Research complex tax issues and translate findings into concise guidance.
