Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• Licensed CPA or working towards certification with parts passed.
• MS in Taxation preferred but not required.
• At least 4 years of public accounting experience.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Trust & Estate, complex C corp., S corp., and partnership income tax returns.
• Prepare high net worth individual returns.
• Review mid-level complexity C corp., S corp., and partnership returns.
• Review mid-level complexity individual returns.
• Research and draft memoranda on complex tax matters.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and resolve tax controversies.
• Train and supervise staff accountants.
