Job summary

ABIP CPAs & Advisors in Houston seeks an experienced Tax Supervisor to support individual and business tax engagements end-to-end, including preparing and reviewing returns and managing client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA certification required for Managers (per the posting) and familiarity with US tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and entities.
• Provide client support for tax notices and document requests.
• Conduct tax research on issues and apply findings to returns.
• Support tax planning and year‑round advisory needs with senior staff.
• Review prepared work for accuracy and compliance; communicate issues clearly.
• Coordinate with audit and accounting teams to ensure consistency across engagements.
