Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, prep, and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, estates, trusts, and non-profits, including 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 990 forms.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRS regulations.
• Develop tax strategies and provide tax planning services to clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, including Tax Seniors
• Review and manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records and tax filings.
  
  

Qualifications

• BS Accounting or related + MS preferred
• CPA required
• 6+ years in public accounting or tax compliance and planning.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations affecting individuals, corporations, and non-profits.
