Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Taxation/Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex federal and state returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts and estates.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trusted relationships and providing high-quality service year-round.
• Integrate, test, and optimize tax software, data workflows, and automation tools.
• Identify tax planning opportunities to minimize tax exposure and support client goals.
• Perform tax research and communicate findings clearly to clients and teams.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and seniors.
