Qualifications

• 5–10 years of public accounting tax experience.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior staff.

Responsibilities

You’ll work across a diverse client base, taking responsibility for tax planning, research, and the review of complex returns. You’ll have direct contact with clients, manage relationships, and supervise and coach Seniors and Staff.

The firm has 40+ employees but has kept a collaborative, supportive feel. You won’t be boxed into one narrow area of tax either. You’ll have the opportunity to see client engagements from start to finish and develop into a genuine advisor to your clients.

They’re looking for someone with 5-10 years of public accounting tax experience and a CPA ideally.
