Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP offers internship opportunities in assurance, tax, or a combination, with part-time or full-time options. Winter term runs January–April 15 and summer runs June–mid August.

You will work on client engagements, learn from senior staff, and test your accounting and tax skills across industries. Applicants must be working toward CPA Exam eligibility, maintain a 3.0 GPA, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate strong MS Office and teamwork abilities while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Interns must be working toward CPA Exam eligibility.
• Satisfactory academic performance in major-related coursework is expected.
• Interns must maintain a minimum cumulative overall GPA of 3.0.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned office and ability to attend meetings in person.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile account differences and analyze financial data with client personnel.
• Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Calculate tax extensions or estimate payments.
• Participate in client meetings with partners and managers.
