Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct substantive legal research on federal, state, and local tax law.
• Analyze complex tax issues related to contracts, estate planning, M&A, and shareholder agreements.
• Draft documents and analyses supporting tax planning opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals on client engagements.
• Explain complex tax matters clearly to business leaders and non-legal stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in tax law and assess impact on client matters.
