Qualifications

• Active CPA or EA designation required.
• 4+ years of tax experience with high-income individuals or small business owners.
• Experience with S-Corporations, Partnerships, Real Estate, Investments.
• Ability to explain complex tax strategies in simple language.
• Self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Oil & gas or investment structures experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and business clients.
• Execute year-round tax planning strategies with senior advisors.
• Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns.
• Participate in client meetings, quarterly reviews, and monthly sessions.
• Identify tax-planning opportunities and communicate recommendations.
• Stay current on federal and state tax law changes and assess their impact on clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Take ownership of client relationships, tax strategy, and overall outcomes.
• Focus on strategic tax planning, rather than compliance alone.
