Job summary

Glovis America, Inc. is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance, provision and audit support, with exposure to international tax matters.

This role partners with the Senior Tax Manager to ensure accurate reporting and ongoing process improvements. Responsibilities include reviewing returns and estimates, leading tax provisions under ASC 740, and supporting transfer pricing.

Qualifications

• 6–11 years of direct experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Supervisory experience preferred (1–3 years).
• CPA certification or active pursuit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local income tax compliance and planning.
• Lead tax provision and financial reporting under ASC 740 guidance.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany reporting.
• Assist in audits and risk management across tax functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and IT.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on tax review standards.
