• Address complex tax issues such as inventory accounting, sales and use tax, state nexus, and multi-state filings.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize tax positions for clients.
• Advice on tax implications of business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring within the consumer products sector.
