Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Service Experts to help individuals prepare returns and provide expert tax advice, in-person or virtual, at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will serve as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, connect clients with Intuit solutions, and collaborate with a team to deliver a seamless customer experience while supporting community prosperity.

Overview Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join our vibrant team as year-round TurboTax Service Experts. This exciting role blends tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit, allowing you to assist customers in meeting their tax needs while contributing to Intuit's mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World." You will work directly with customers in one of our TurboTax locations across the United States, both in-person and virtually.

About the Role

Your main responsibility will be to prepare tax returns and provide expert tax advice, calculations, and software support. However, your role extends beyond this; you will collaborate with a wider team of specialists, ensuring that each customer receives a seamless and comprehensive experience tailored to their unique financial situation. Whether helping with a straightforward W-2 filing, navigating major life events, or dealing with complex tax scenarios, your expertise and empathetic approach will be essential in guiding customers through what can often be a stressful experience. Additionally, you will actively contribute to expanding TurboTax's client base within the community, attracting new clients and fostering long-term relationships. You will have access to TurboTax marketing support and tools to build a thriving business that drives prosperity for yourself and your community. This role is nonexempt and requires onsite presence at a TurboTax location in the United States. What You'll Do:

• Provide Tax Expertise: Offer hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, managing a variety of tax situations. Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and provide future tax planning advice.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: Embody a community-focused mindset to actively build and grow a local customer base. Own your market through outreach, marketing initiatives, and community partnerships, while organizing local events to enhance brand awareness.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem: Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial situations and connect them with relevant Intuit solutions for year-round support.
• Build Relationships: Establish trust and understanding with clients, transforming one-time transactions into lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience preferred.
• Possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• At least three years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to expand into additional areas such as bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily during standard business hours.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as directed by the business.
• Interest in creating accessible tax-related content for your community.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus. Attributes &
