FTEAS provides fiduciary and court accounting services for trusts and estates, serving banks, law firms, family offices, and individual and professional trustees across the U.S. The Senior Manager is a key leadership team member responsible for strategic planning and business success. Responsibilities include reviewing complex trust and estate accountings, managing client relationships, business development, staff supervision and development, recruiting, operational efficiency, and profitability management. The role also involves ensuring compliance with EY policies, onboarding clients, and managing new matters, including independence and technology protocols.
