Tax Senior Manager – Financial Services Office – Fiduciary/Trust & Estate Tax Administration Services (“FTEAS”)

FTEAS provides fiduciary and court accounting services for trusts and estates for banks, law firms, family offices, and trustees across the U.S. The Senior Manager is a key leadership role involved in strategy, technical review of complex trust and estate accountings, client relationship management, business development, staff supervision, recruitment, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role also ensures compliance with EY policies, including onboarding, independence, and technology initiatives.
We provide competitive compensation, benefits, and a flexible, inclusive environment. Salary ranges from $126,600 to $289,000 depending on location and experience. Our benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and flexible vacation policies. We support a hybrid work model, with most client-facing roles working 40-60% in person.
