Job summary

Limestone is seeking a Tax Services Manager in Sioux Falls, SD. You will own the Tax Department, review staff work for accuracy, and drive the department's revenue goals while serving as the technical resource and trusted advisor to clients.

You will coach and develop a tax team, manage workload during busy seasons, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. This leadership role requires a CPA or EA and 7+ years of tax experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of tax experience, including supervisory experience.
• CPA or EA designation preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review all tax returns for staff accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax law.
• Manage department workflow and capacity during peak tax season.
• Own the tax department's revenue goal and track performance with team metrics.
• Advise clients on tax impact of business decisions and represent Limestone before IRS on complex matters.
• Lead and develop the team with feedback and knowledge of new tax laws.
