Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a tax manager or public accounting role.
• Deep knowledge of federal and state tax laws, compliance and planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret tax laws.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, with ability to explain complex tax information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage all tax planning and compliance matters, including federal and state income tax returns and estimated tax payments.
• Review tax data, prepare and document tax papers, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce tax risk.
• Collaborate with accounting staff to prepare and file tax returns.
• Stay updated with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
