EY's Financial Services Organization (FSO) EDGE Private practice seeks a senior tax professional with a strong background in financial services taxation. You will advise high-net-worth clients and privately held entities, lead tax compliance and consulting projects, and coordinate cross-border engagements with senior professionals.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 5+ years in tax services, with CPA/EA or licensed attorney status preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services or tax services organization in the financial services industry.
CPA, EA, or licensed attorney preferred; strong tax technical knowledge required.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients and escalate complex tax matters to senior management.
Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting services to meet deadlines.
Lead projects and manage engagements with guidance only on complex situations.
Coordinate information gathering and reporting to support timely tax returns and statements.
Develop client relationships and manage engagement resources for timely delivery.
Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to team members.
Review work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
