• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Superior organization and time management skills with ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail skills and takes pride in quality of work delivered.
• Proficient with computers and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of professional project proposals.
• Review and analyze client financial records.
• Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Contact and correspond on client’s behalf with the taxing authorities, third parties, and other agents necessary to support your positions.
• Create, review and format documents and letters into final form.
• Consistently meet project deadlines.
• Set appointments, calls, meetings and manage shared calendars.
• Assist in contacting clients and other associated parties as directed.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and act as first point of contact for clients.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects with close attention to detail.
• Manage and maintain document organization and account files, electronic and hard copy.
• Maintain and submit time entries for purpose of billing clients.
