• Provide proactive tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize returns.
• Stay updated on federal, state, and local tax regulations to offer current advice.
• Research tax issues and guide clients through complex financial situations.
• Collaborate with team members to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior staff and promote professional development.
• Keep informed on changes in tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
• Experience with Ultra Tax software is a plus.
• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA preferred.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals and partnerships is a bonus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
