Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Tax Senior/Supervisor in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work model offering both in-office and remote days. The role emphasizes diversified accounting and complex tax work under supervision, with a clear path to management.

A CPA track record or progress is required, along with CPA licensure in good standing where applicable. The successful candidate will lead staff, supervise assignments, and contribute to client tax planning ideas while maintaining

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of public accounting experience with increasing complexity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 40 hours of CPD/CPE annually.
• CPA license current or in progress; if licensed, member in good standing with the AICPA.
• Strong supervisory and teaching abilities.

Responsabilités

• Performs diversified accounting and tax tasks under supervision.
• Demonstrates technical skills and adheres to firm standards.
• Directs and trains assistants, reviews work and approves revisions.
• Prepares and indexes working papers to verify accuracy.
• Prepares complex tax returns including dissolution or liquidation.
• Suggests tax planning ideas to supervisor or partner.
• Drafts routine client correspondence for Partner approval.
• Supervises staff accountants and assigns work with reviews.
