Job summary

CLA is a top national professional services firm seeking a Tax Senior to join its Real Estate tax practice in California. You will prepare, supervise, and review engagements for individuals, C corp, S corp, and partnerships while partnering with clients on customized tax advisory work.

This role emphasizes engagement management, client service, and ongoing professional development. CPA eligibility is preferred, with two years of relevant experience; knowledge of business services or consulting

As a Tax Senior, you will:

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.

What you will need:

• You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in business services or consulting is preferred.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. The compensation range for this position in California is $87,000.00 - $146,000.00
