Overview:
We are a growing national CPA firm seeking a Tax Senior Manager with deep expertise in flow-through entities (S corporations and partnerships). This is a remote, U.S.-based, principal-track opportunity offering significant advancement potential, leadership responsibility, and a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse client portfolio (S corps and partnerships) across industries including technology, manufacturing, professional services, and more

  • Deliver strategic tax planning, consulting, and compliance services

  • Conduct in-depth tax research on federal and multi-state issues, including non-resident withholding and composite filings

  • Communicate proactively with clients and deliver exceptional service

  • Collaborate with firm leadership on client management and business development

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff across multiple engagements

Qualifications:

  • Active CPA license required

  • Minimum 10 years of tax experience with strong knowledge of partnership allocations and capital account maintenance

  • Demonstrated experience with tax preparation, compliance, and tax research

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team development skills
