Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 4-year degree and CPA, Law License, or EA; 8 years of tax experience in public accounting.
• Preferred: advanced degree and PE industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle market and portfolio company clients.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters and coordinate with specialty tax practices on complex issues.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing, and ensure client profitability targets are met.
