Job summary

Meaden & Moore is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to lead tax services across multiple engagements in our Northeast Ohio offices (Cleveland or Akron). You will manage engagements, build client relationships, and supervise staff while driving growth and ensuring high-quality tax work.

The role requires CPA, 7–10 years of experience, and strong communication and leadership skills. A proactive mindset and collaboration with partners will support ongoing expansion and excellence in client service.

Qualifications

• CPA credential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• 7–10 years of related tax experience
• Advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, client-relations and project management abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage tax services within multiple engagements.
• Build and maintain client relationships and ensure satisfactory planning and execution of tax engagements.
• Oversee billing and collection and coordinate resources for engagements.
• Lead, coach and supervise junior staff to support firm growth.
